Provide a no-obligation consultation with a lender who can determine your maximum purchase price and what loan program is best for you.
Search the Multiple Listing for all homes listed by all real estate companies to ensure that you know about every home for sale in your price range that meets your specific criteria. E-Mail daily updates of the newest listings upon your request.
Arrange private showings for homes that you wish to see, and provide detailed reports on comparable properties sold in those neighborhoods, schools,etc.
Prepare an offer to purchase a home, negotiating the best terms for you and to present the offer directly to the seller and the seller's agent.
Represent you in the inspection process and negotiate that the seller makes all recommmended repairs prior to closing. To protect clients from unexpected repairs after closing, negotiate that the Home Warranty premium be provided by the seller for a one-year period. This Home Warranty Plan covers electrical systems, plumbing, heating & cooling systems, water heaters, garbage disposals, etc.
Attend loan document signing at escrow. Work as a team with your lender, escrow and title officer to ensure a problem-free transaction.
Assist you in establishing services with utility companies so that you can get comfortably settled.
